5 MAJOR POINT OF DISAPPOINTMENT EMPLOYEES

A boss can not be liked by all employees. But it does not mean that the boss can be applied arbitrarily. So to minimize the disappointment of employees at the boss, a good boss needs to know the common reasons why an employee hates his boss, so the boss can respond quickly and effectively.

1. Employees need respect. One of the biggest complaints about an employee's lack of respect for his boss is the boss of her. Most employees feel that the boss does not respect privacy, ability / skills and their personal lives. Therefore, the boss must try to give respect to each employee. Keep in mind that respect tends to be reciprocal. Thus, showing respect for employees is one of the most effective way to gain respect and loyalty from employees.

2. Employees do not like "micromanagers" and "under managers'. A bad boss acts like a nagging parent. A good boss, on the other hand, will treat employees like adults. This means providing space and time for the employee to finish the job. The bottom line: If your employees are good employees, do not do "micromanagement". Let them do the job. However, be careful not to get stuck on the reverse of "micromanagement" of "under-management". Employees who are "under managed" have little or no support from his boss, a good support material, emotional or financial. Support is not enough will also lead to disappointment and a sense of apathy from the employee. They will think: If my boss indifferent, why should I care?

3. Employees do not feel they are paid well. It is rare, there is a company where employees feel well paid. Maybe this is the tendency of human nature to feel less valued. Even so, a good boss can reduce employee frustration by explaining the company's payroll system and to find other ways to provide compensation for employees.

4. Employees tend not to like the meeting as a necessity. The meeting was "necessary evil".For that, need to be made so that meetings do not become more annoying with the carefully planned meeting, set a strict time frame, making clear goals and action plans, and create a conducive atmosphere for employees to communicate opinions openly without the risk of "reprisals". It may even be helpful if at certain moments, sought feedback from employees about how to make meetings more effective.

5. Employees need to feel appreciated. If creativity or hard work is not appreciated, employees - like everyone else, too - will likely be disappointed. Sense of disappointment will grow into a sense of apathy. Therefore, it is important for the boss or manager to indicate that they see and appreciate the good work of employees. A little praise great effect. Even praise with the words sometimes as fulfilling for employees, such as promotions or salary increases. Well not exactly the same, .. almost.

In conclusion, most of the reasons employees upset someone or even hating the boss is not due to anything connected with the background, personality or other matters beyond the control of the boss. However, most - if not all - problems can be resolved if the boss was aware of the things that led to the disappointment of this employee, and take anticipatory steps.
